RETURNS & EXHANGES

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it for an exchange or refund.

Your packing slip must be included with any returned item. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not accept C.O.D returns or orders.

Credit card refunds will be issued to your account within one billing cycle. Payments made by check will be refunded within 30 days. Credit card refunds will not be refunded in check form.

Tibetan Trader recommends using a shipping service that offers tracking abilities. We recommend Federal Express or UPS. Tibetan Trader is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Tibetan Trader will use Federal Express, UPS or the USPS for shipping your packages.  We will always use a service that provides tracking information for your order.

International orders will be shipped using the USPS Priority Mail International.  There is an additional charge of $20.00 for this service on jewelry only.  Clothing orders will be charged according to the best available rates for your particular order.

International shipping charges will be in addition to the order total reflected on your ordering page.
